Comments: Had to remove the surcingle t-buckle rubber rings off my Weatherbeeta turnout. couldn't get the buckle to buckle or unbuckle, even had to ask someone else to try. worried that in an emergency I wouldn't be able to unbuckle it (couldn't even do it on non-emergency). I ended up deciding to cut them off my blanket. I am sure they work for someone, just not us.
