The Easy-Change™ Gullet System Kit comes complete with five gullet sizes, fittings, Quick Reference Instructions, the Easy Measure Gullet Gauge and related accessories. An easy-to-use set, this unique design system has been specifically engineered for use with Wintec and Bates adjustable tree saddles.

The EASY-CHANGE Gullet System offers a way to alter the width of the Elastiflex tree. The Elastiflex tree is supported by the rigid gullet at the head and possesses true lateral flexion to work with your horse’s muscles. The tree width is determined by the size of the gullet plate fitted between the tree points. The gullet plate governs the width of the tree from the waist to the tree points. Genuine EASY-CHANGE Gullet Plates are color-coded by size. These gullet plates are heat-tempered and engineered to remain completely rigid, ensuring they cannot spread, or change shape under normal usage. 

Spare screws are included in the kit in case any are lost during a change. This system contains all you need to change gullets: 5 spring steel gullet sizes, 2 spare head screws, 2 spare t-nuts, 5 spare gullet screws, Gullet Gauge and Instruction Booklet. The gullet gauge is a tool to help you select the correct size gullet to fit your horse. You can also use it to monitor any changes in your horse’s muscling.  The handy Easy-Measure Gullet Gauge ensures the correct size gullet is selected.
