Overview

The Tie Safe Breakaway Horse Cross Tie features the same great patented Velcro design that 'breaks' apart under a panic load as the Tie Safe Trailer Tie.  When your horse pulls back, the long end of the hook and loop stays with the horse and the remaining short section stays connected to the wall or trailer. Just catch your horse and put the tie back together!

Fantastic for barn aisles and cross-tie posts, this versatile tie strap doesn't have the 'snap-back' danger of a stretchy tie and features a panic snap at one end and a solid brass trigger snap at the other.

Would Recommend
Best cross tiesLove these cross ties! Unless a horse chews on one or an idiot tosses the end after separation, they last a long time. I also use the shorter version in my trailer. I have had a horse get loose in a trailer and get injured with a different tie, and I've witnessed a horse fall down in the barn aisle and be unable to release the cross tie because of stupidity and poor design. Ergo, I am very picky about tying my horses. These cross ties help my horses to be safer when tied.
