Sizing
To measure for half chaps, sit in a chair with knees bent at 90 degrees. Have someone else measure your calf width around the widest point and calf height from the floor behind heel up to the bend behind the knee. Compare your measurements to those listed above.

Half chapsVery good product. Customer service was amazing.
My daughter loves theseMy daughter loves these chaps as the velcro is much easier than zippers. Not to mention they’re thick enough to protect against all the pokey bushes and cacti.
Good for bulky bootsI bought these to go over my bulky winter boots, and they work fine for that. They're almost the same as my very old velcro half chaps, except there's no extra tab at the top to tighten them for when the leather loosens up. Given the dearth of this style anymore though, they will be fine.
