Overview
Trail Riders Singing Bells hang on a thick nylon cord with colorful glass beads, stones, and four different size bells that make a lovely "singing" sound with the rhythm and movement of your horse. Each cast brass bell provides a unique sound, and each set is hand-made, ensuring that no two strands are exactly alike in sight or sound! Combined with the colorful glass and stone beads, these bells are "saddle art" with a function!
These singing bells make an excellent early warning system for wildlife, hikers, other riders and even hunters that share your riding territory and trails.

Comments: I bought two bells thinking of gifting one each to two trail riding friends. However, the bells seemed too small and certainly not loud enough for bear country so I kept them. One is on my guitar case and makes the most delightful singing tinkle(truly) and now my plain black guitar case can be identified at a glance when I'm in group rehearsals. My instructor loves the idea of the string of bells for ID purposes. The second bell string is on my backpack simply so I can enjoy the sound. They would have been wasted on my horse! Sorry Pony!

Comments: These bells sound lovely! I got them for multiple reasons - to alert wildlife we're coming (too many run in with deer in woods and fields!), for use during hunting season, to provide a nice background sound on long rides, and to provide a auditory sound to help me establish a consistent rhythm while riding. My dressage instructor (who is, albeit, a little atypical than most dressage instructors) loves these bells as well. She has admired their sound, saying it's much better than the bells on her saddles. The sound is very pleasant, definitely not "tinny" but a nice soft sound that doesn't hurt your ears.

Comments: Beautiful sound, though a little quieter than I'd hoped for. Gives a nice background noise and my horse seems to like them. But after a humid summer in North Carolina, the brass bells had corroded! This certainly affected their volume (for awhile I just thought I was going crazy but nope they were actually slowly getting quieter as they got tarnished). I was able to clean them with ketchup and vinegar and they're back to normal now, but just FYI to buyers in humid climates!

Comments: My best friend and I both have these, we have used and loved them for a couple of years now. We have not had deer or wild turkey scare our horses once while using them. What others said is true, they do not interupt conversation between riders. They are lovely to listen to

Comments: I bought a set of these since I ride alone a lot and I ride in the woods more often than not. They arent very big (the largest bell being almost an inch across), but they make a lovely sound. When riding with friends they have remarked that they are nice to listen to and don't get in the way of our conversations. I received ones that were red and was glad as it matches my gear.

Comments: I thought these bells would be a great idea since I trail ride alone. My horse found them to be annoying at all paces above a walk. His head would go up and ears back at the noise. I also found them to disturb the peace and quiet of riding alone. They were returned.

Comments: These bells create a gentle cheerful chiming as you ride down the trail. They are also pretty to look at- the colors are bright and the beads catch the light nicely. My horse sometimes pranced in order to make them jingle. I don't know how she figured that out but she did. I will likely purchase a few of these for holiday gifts.
