Additional Information
Technology:
The Rein Cut™ is a patented design that is featured between the ring and pinky fingers. It removes the bulky seam and materials between the fingers, which allow better flexibility without restriction. It also makes it more comfortable for riding, and helps to have better control of the reins.
Spandura® is a unique blend of Nylon and Lycra, and is a stretchable fabric that forms to the hand, while offering exceptional ventilation.
3M Thinsulate™ insulation is the thinnest glove insulation available, while providing almost twice the warmth of down and other high loft materials.
SuperGrip® is a high quality synthetic grain leather designed to increase sensitivity, control and grip of the reins, while maintaining a breathable layer that permeates perspiration from the skin to keep hands dry.

Comments: LOVE these gloves!! They are great in brutally cold temps! They aren't too bulky and are grippy! Winter must have!

Comments: I have the older version of these gloves and decided I wanted to upgrade them since they kept my hands warm. I liked the idea that the newer gloves have the zipper for a hand warmer, or anything else that would fit in the pocket like a key or money. Heritage makes great gloves, and these are no exception!

Comments: Well-made and waterproof but not really very warm. My palm stays warm but the fingers still get cold. Only 70 grams of thinsulate. Am thinking 200 grams might be a bit warmer. Ordered size 6 based on hand chart that I printed off and couldn't even get my hand into them. Returned for a size 8. Still a bit snug to get on however, now the fingers are too long. Have used them for feeding hay several times in temps -10 to 32 and have to pull my fingers into the palm area to warm them up. Just wish I could find a glove that would keep my hands warm in winter. Mittens seem to be my only option and that limits hand dexterity.

Comments: GREAT GLOVES!! These are the only gloves that I can ever remember having that my hands don't get cold in freezing temps! I bought these specifically for riding, but decided since we have had frigid temps lately, wind chills in the negatives, I decided to start using them for my regular barn/feeding chores. Feeding the horses in 6 degrees this morning (Jan 28, 2014), not once did my hands get cold, when normally they always do with other winter gloves! Very impressed how well they keep my hands warm in frigid temps, and I highly recommend them. The gloves I have are an older model (without the touchscreen tips and zip pocket), so I am definitely going to be ordering a second pair to upgrade!

Comments: Not a fan, they are comfortable but my fingers still went numb in these. They are a bit bulky which is fine but I often found myself taking them off to saddle up. I tried adding the "shake to activate" heat packs in them - both inside by my fingers and in the little zipper pocket to no avail. I really wanted to love these gloves, but they don't stand up to cold, mountainous Eastern Oregon weather.
