Overview
A popular and versatile training tool for horses of any discipline, the Camelot German Martingale and Reins Set is designed to teach the horse to give to the bit, flex at the poll and maintain proper vertical and lateral head position and balance.
The martingale ropes secure at the girth or cinch, loop through the bit rings and then snap to one of three settings on the reins, creating a similar effect to draw reins while also allowing lateral movement without restriction. The German Martingale also limits the draw rein action, engaging direct rein contact once the point of proper headset has been reached, making this a wonderful transitional piece of equipment for training purposes.
