Please Note: The Best Friend Grazing Muzzle should not be tight or restricting and should allow ample room for grazing and chewing. Two to three fingers should fit sideways between the muzzle and the horse's nose.

Comments: Got the horse size based on the description, and it is incredibly heavy and bulky compared to other grazing muzzles I've used. Even with cheek guards and with checking the fit, it has rubbed my horse's face terribly in just a few days. I'm normally a fan of the Best Friend's products, but will never purchase this particular muzzle again.

Comments: This is a really great muzzle. Many points of adjustment to fit the individual horse, and the V-strap keeps the muzzle in place perfectly. I don't worry about it shifting or slipping down the nose. My horse doesn't even mind wearing it! She comes up and sticks her nose right in the muzzle for it to be put on. She's probably about 14 hands and the cob size is perfect for her.
