Comments: Love these! They really do eliminate the bulky feeling you get from the buckle of traditional leathers. I've only had a few rides so far so can't speak to the durability but they do seem very high quality right out of the box. Sturdy yet supple. As for size (if it helps anyone else) I am SHORT....like 5' even with my boots on so I was really unsure on whether to go with the 24 or 28. I emailed customer service, they were super helpful as always with a prompt and thoughtful suggestion that I go with the 28" and they are perfect for me while still having enough to shorten if I need and lengthen (for my much taller than me trainer) Overall I would definitely buy these again and definitely from Riding Warehouse!

Comments: I previously used the wide Millbrook Leathers but because of the nature of the leather, it stretched a little too much for my liking so the search for new leathers began. The Bates webbers piqued my interest because of how it eliminates the 'bump' underneath your thigh from the excess leather. I finally received my leathers in the mail and used it while riding this morning. I loved how simple it was to set up, and the leather was already soft and supple from the get-go. It is also nylon-core so I don't have to worry about stretching. The lack of excess leather really simplified the look of my saddle, and I now love the extra close contact feel. The only thing that bothers me (as well as other reviewers from what I've researched) is that I can't loop the leathers through my stirrups anymore while storing my saddle or lunging, because it's too short so it can be a little inconvenient. Other than that, the brown (Havana Brown) color matches my saddle perfectly so I don't have to worry about darkening the leather!
